What is Soft Play rental?

Soft Play is an indoor/outdoor safe play area suited for ages 6-months to 5 years. The equipment is made from soft material for children to learn and explore through play. We create a safe and clean at the comfort of your private event. 

How much is the deposit to book and lock in my reservation?

We require $50 retainer to secure the date and choice of package for your event. The final balance is due 3 days prior to the event. 

How can I book for my event?

Start by submitting an inquiry form this way we can confirm availability. Once we confirm availability deposit will be require in order to guarantee equipment and date. Date and equipment will be reserve once deposit and signed waiver is received. Invoice won’t be hold longer than 24 hours from sending time. Remainder balance must be paid three days before the event.

How often and with what do you clean your soft play equipment?

Each piece of our equipment (including every ball pit ball), toys, gates, etc.) is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use.

How do I choose the best/appropriate venue for a soft play setup?

We’re equipped to set up both indoors and outdoor. Just NOT in rainy or damp weather, as our soft play equipment may become slippery and unsafe for children. Also, all soft play setups  MUST be placed on a flat, dry surface and CANNOT BE MOVED once setup. WE do not set up on dirt or gravel. We do recommend setting up under shaded area during summer for safety reasons. 

What are your rental times?

We rent out equipment for up to 4 hours, for additional time please contact us.
